Q: Where are you located?
A: Our design studio is located in California’s Silicon Valley.
 
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is dependent on the order weight.  The estimate of shipping can be seen on the purchase page after products have been added to the cart.  There is also free economy level shipping for purchases of $50 or more.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times differ based on the products ordered. For our plushies, shipping time estimates are determined after you add the product to the cart.  Our products come out from the Bay Area in sunny California.  For certain other products that come from elsewhere, those will be determined at checkout. 
 
Q: Can I make changes to my order?

Q: Can I modify my shipping address after the order has been placed?
A: It depends! Please contact us at info@kubohaus.com for any inquiries for changes to an order. For modifications to shipping addresses, please contact us as soon as possible as your items may have shipped already.
 
Q: I made a mistake inputting my billing address. Can I modify my billing address after the order has been placed?

Q: My card was charged twice! What happened?
A: There may have been an issue with the website. It might have been something else. If you notice that you’ve been charged multiple times for the same order, please contact us right away at info@kubohaus.com and we’ll work with you to fix it.
 
Q: My order was cancelled. Why?
A: Your order may have been cancelled if we are unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason. Please contact us at our email at info@kubohaus.com and we’ll work with you to find out what’s happened.
 
Q: I received the wrong items! Help!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Most items purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Depending on the product, there will be costs associated with shipping a return back to us.  Products must be in the same condition as they arrived and without damage such as stains or rips.  Prior to shipping out our products, we inspect each and every one of our products for condition and quality.  We record each inspection where we keep track of the product quality and condition prior to shipment.  We're a small business that is just starting out, so we strive to deliver the best we can through pre-ship inspections of our products.  Please note that some items are not eligible for refund, such as final sale items or others that are specified.
